Masca gorge leads down to the port of Masca and, to its left as you near the sea, you’ll see the dark sand beach of Masca. There are no real facilities here save for a few enterprising souls selling bottles of juice and water to hikers coming down the gorge.

Moreover, the only ways to access this small beach are either by hiking through the gorge or, as many people do, by boat taxi from Los Gigantes. However, it’s not really the best place for a day out.

Visitors should also note that pick-pocketing is rife in the area – surprising considering the lack of proper access.
